The government should have to get a warrant to be able to listen in on our conversations (both on and off the phone), look at our call logs, or even have our phone number information. In addition to that, we should have a warrant in our hands just like if the police were to enter our homes.
Our privacy is our privacy. Until we do something wrong, police, FBI, NSA and all the other people out there that the government is employing to listen to us on the phone, listen to us in our homes, or keep tabs on us in any way shape or form can keep out of our lives.
