At the bottom of our national economic structure there can be found poverty and hardship in the strugle to acheive the American dream wether it be buying a car, a home or opening a buisiness or expanding a buisiness or even refinanceing. People trying to acheive the American dream should feal a little safer in their situation in life when haveing debt wich is usally goes alone with/apart of the American dream. Strugles in the American dream shouldn't be punished. A "DEFAULT RATE" is a punishment to the American dream and is an insult the the idea of the "American Dream". There are hardships in life that shouldn't set someone back in persuit of ownning and keeping an automobile, house or buisiness. "DEFAULT RATES" are not part of the "American Dream".
