The Post 9/11 GI Bill should be 48 months long, include break pay and allow the Veteran to enroll in whatever class from an accredited institute he/she desires regardless if said classes lead up to a degree/certification, or have been taken before. The Veteran should not be penalized if they fail for academic, or attendance reasons.
