Conservative advocates for the rich desperately need to placate the wealthy portion of their constituents with tax reduction. I submit to you that you DO give them these tax breaks with the following amendments. If a wealthy person can legitimately prove that he/she has created jobs in the private sector of our economy, then and ONLY then can he/she have a tax break in the amount of the consequential tax revenue that these jobs he/she has created would garner.
