Since the government has money to waste on a non-functional website.
That according to CNN cost 390 Million dollars to get up, and not running, A sum which equates to 1.25 million dollars for every American.
I suggest that the government free up an equivalent sum and distribute to the people in a timely fashion as there are those among us in need, of food clothing, shelter and ironically medical care that such a sum could easily provide for each and every American.
Since it is obvious that we have different priorities, we would like utilize our own best judgement to gauge our interests and how to best serve them as it is painfully obvious that you are interested in serving your own.
If Democracy is still alive, then our representatives should have no problem yielding to our wishes
