We the People Petition That 100% Service Connected Disabled Veterans, their Dependants, Children, Step Children, Spouse receive a free College Education at any private or public College Institution, Specialty School Training, Trade School Training in the United States of America or its Foreign Territories from the US Government For a period Of 8 years which can be used any time between the age of 18 years old and 30 years old. in which the Schooling or Training is Free and The money for the Cost of College, Training, Books, Supplies, dormatory fees is paid directly to the School in which the Student is admitted.
