For 43 years Billy Kidwell a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran has been victimized, and denied one Honest Day in Court on his VA Benefits.
In 1984 in a lawsuit Case 84-0399 in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Kidwell proved that the Secretary of the DVA had committed Perjury, and also illegally destroied Kidwell's VA Claim File to STEAL an 18 year VA backpayment the government OWES Kidwell.
VA Attorneys checked out Case 84-0399 in 1984 and have been hiding it since then because the lawsuit proves the government committed crimes to STEAL Kidwell's benefits.
