Give the 13 colonies back to Britain

After the 2012 School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, we feel that it's time to give the 13 colonies back to Britain, we are not taking good care of our first states, the best thing is to give up New England, and give the 13 colonies back to Britain, it could benefit New England, and we as americans feel that it's time to give up 13 colonies, and give them back to Britain, the only problem will be that the United States will need to find a new capital city, since Washington D.C. will also leave the U.S.
