Give 4 yrs of no income tax for individuals making $150K or less and slightly raise taxes on those making $250K or more.

In order to assist the middle class get back on their feet during these very tough times, why won't President Obama give 4 years of no federal income tax for all individuals employed making less than $150K and slightly raise taxes on those individuals making more than $250K to make up the difference? In addition, this will definitely get him a lot of votes from the middle-class and poor plus all the small businesses that will surely get more disposable money spent at their stores and offices! And, all those congressional Republicans who oppose this plan will have outed themselves as un-Americans (as being against a much needed break for average working Americans to stimulate the economy) just in time for next year’s election.
