Give Adrian James Olmsted 5% of USA GPD tax revenue and I will accomplish more than the remaining entire budget

Dear US Government,
I demand unimpeded flexiblity to Utlize 5% of US GPD tax revenue. I will with God as my witness accomplish more than the remaining combined 95% of GPD Revenue. I'm really pretty bad ass and brother Obama has my back so does brother Trump, so does brother Koch's , so does brother Sorrosas, so does my Hollywood brothers and sisters. Guys I am Literally ordained by God Himself to change the world and I won't spend any of the 5% on the military. Although if I was given 5% of the US defense budget I will usher in a new style of war fighting that will under no circumstances EVER loose I am Gods rider on the White Horse I am The BASHER of the Enemy the crusher of competition.
