Give an advantage to unemployed who was first effected by this economy..FIFO

This administration has ignored the 7 million unemployed Americans who have exhausted their benifits and have had the least opportunity for a job in America in 2011. Looking back 3 years all america had was jobs loss. With the small growth in the economy not being enough to get everyone back to work. Priorities in America should be the people who are not in the economy at all. Prioroties for people who dont have UI, who cannot get welfare (cash assistance) and who the majority of them are 40 and above with 200,000 people being added to this group weekly. The government has only offered programs that help newly unemployed or to prevent more from loosing their jobs. Its time there be focus on the aide to the people who are going homeless. FIFO Job creation is REQUIRED for 99ers.
