Give African American's an indefinite write to vote like all other American's.

Every few years the President has to sign a declaration in order for African American's to continue to have the right to vote in the United States of American, while other races vote liberally, at will and without any further consideration. Why does African American's have to be treated any different when it comes to voting? There should be a legislation that gives African American's the same rights to vote just all other American's who reside in the land of Liberty! Poll the Obama Administartion to see to it that a law be written to give the African American the same rights when it comes to voting, as their counterparts are allowed. Otherwise, this is not liberty nor justice for all.
