Give aid to small town schools such as those in Breathitt County, KY to fund higher level classes for intelligent studen

Sign this petition to get federal funding for schools in rural communities that have excellent students who are not challenged by the regular courses offered and want more dual-credit and AP courses. I live in the Breathitt area and know of juniors taking college level courses and still not feeling very challenged as the rest of their classes are below their level of intelligence and they get bored quickly. Sign this to help the next generation get a head start into the world so they can change it and make the next generation the most educated and well suited for the world outside of school.
