Morale is low in most federal agencies. The private sector gives their employees the day off on 12/24 to give people extra travel time for the holidays. We have been under a pay freeze for years, went through a shut down this year, and have no incentives at work ( no awards, no bonueses, etc). We the people and employees of the Federal Workforce as that President Obama grant December 24 2013 a federal holiday for all employees and grant admininstrative leave.
