Give all felons equal rights to jobs and all government assitance ! They will work just as hard knowing they have felons

There is a very large amount of felons in this country with no work! A lot of the felons are weak felons but still the felons can not find work when they will work just as hard as anyone else, they cant get finacial aid for education, no government assitance and housing! So what do these Americans have to do when released from prison? Are they not Americans? Shall they run back to the streets and live in poverty? There is a large amount of felons in this country being over looked and they can become tax paying citizens and help build this economy back!!!!! Food stamps for felons means no use when they have no home or education nor work! Where would they store their groceries???? A alley in Chicago????
