The White House announced president Obama would propose a 1% pay raise for federal employees in 2015, this is unacceptable. The past few years, after all , have been emotionally draining: pay freezes, furloughs, sequester cuts and the increase in health care benefits. We ( federal employees) deserve a 3-4 % increase to keep up with the inflation and everyday living expenses.
