Give all honorably discharged veterans with any service connected disability rating a DOD ID card and base privileges.

Created by E.P. on November 21, 2013

Currently only honorably discharged veterans with 100% connected disability rating from the VA, receive a Department of Defense ID card that gives them access to military installations as well as BX and Commissary privileges. Every veteran signed a blank check to their country when they enlisted. All honorably discharged veterans who sacrificed their mind and body, having received any amount of service connected disability rating from the VA for this country should be entitled to receive the same access to military installations as well as BX and Commissary privileges. When it comes to honoring those who honorably served our country there should be no discrimination against the sacrifices they've made big or small.
