I request Congress and President Obama to Pass a Motorcycle Insurance Deduction for all motorcycle riders if they wear there motorcycle helmets under ASTM Standards everyday they get insurance deduction every year only if they wear there helmets and give all drivers insurances deduction every year if they wear there seat belts every day give insurance deduction every year if they continue to wear there seat belts every day also give them the right to get there seat belts fixed and adjusted when needed it will save the federal government money in health care reform helmet use up seat belt use up traumatic brain injuries down estimate savings to all states and the federal budget over ten trillion dollars in 3 years or more which we need to do now.
