Give all restaurants, bars, etc. who serve alcohol the right to take away keys of individuals who are intoxicated.

The United states federal government should create a law stating, all establishments that serve alcoholic beverages reserve the right to take away the keys of someone who has had above the legal driving limit of alcohol. Too many deaths are caused each day by drinking and driving. This bill gives us a chance to decrease substantially the amount of people drinking and driving every night. If a bartender or waitress (etc.) recognizes the amount of alcohol a customer has drank is possibly above the legal driving amount, they reserve the right to breathalyze them and possibly take away their keys. Probable drunk drivers will then have to find alternative routes home, by calling friends, family, or cab services. This will decrease the amount people killed by the choice of drunk driving.
