Give all workers access to use their 401k to payoff student loans without being tax on or paying back into their 401K.

Many people in this nation are tied down into student loan debt and they are looking for options as Americans to find a way to pay their debts and still survive during the up turn of our economy. My proposal is to make it available for everyone to use their 401k to pay off their student loan debt without tax penalties. I know this can become a win-win situation for our society where we can decrease the debt of student loans in addition to helping others improve the amount of money that remains in their pockets month to month. This will also promote American to actually contribute more into our economy. This overwhelming debt that is crippling Americans can be resolved. (We can do this and we should do this)
