When soldiers get back from a tour, they have no money to pay bills for any property they own. The soldiers don't even have enough money to buy groceries. The allowance that I would like to give soldiers is to pay for rent and groceries. While living in the states, our soldiers need a home to stay in. The soldiers deserve a warm bed and fresh food. They put their heart and soul into this country. And they deserve any help that we give.
