With drastically higher healthcare costs than any other industrial nation (even after one factors in the taxes citizens of those nations pay for their healthcare), it has become evident that the United States is unable to provide affordable healthcare for it's ctizens, even those who have insurance.
As such, it seems as though the only logical option is to give every U.S. citizen not currently on a government healthcare program such as Medicare or Medicaid dual citizenship in a modernized nation of his or her choosing that offers reasonable priced healthcare, and to provide funding for that citizen's travel and accomodations whenever he or she wishes to visit a healthcare professional.
