To give the American people a forthright explanation to why the United States of America is not a STATE of UNIONS.

In this explanation the administration must clearly define and site the founding fathers on the reasons why the states are units of individuality. Contrast must be made between free states choosing their own actions by a democracy of the people; and other worldly entities in the past and present that do not abide by this principle. ex: Soviet Union
The administration must also make clear the role of the elected officials in Congress and the necessity of their individual votes in regards to amending the constitution so to prevent outright limitations to the freedoms provided to us by the founding fathers. Specifically in 2nd amendment.
Then reason must be given to why executive orders will be taken regarding the 2nd amendment. Then reassurance that issue will go through congress first.
