Give the American territories true voting rights equivalent to that of all other American people.

There are around four million Americans who live in the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Virgin Islands, and American Samoa who pay taxes to the American Government, serve in our military (at an alarmingly high percentage), and are--in almost every way--American citizens. What they lack is a proper voice, a way of influencing their government in a way that any believer in Democracy and the American Constitution would want every person to have the opportunity to participate in. Not only do our American Territories lack the true privilege of voting, but their delegates in the House of Representatives lack the ability to vote on any major house decision and are therefore only serving in an empty office. We, as Americans, all deserve the right to be heard.
