We are already spending tax dollars to educate these immigrants. If they are made US citizens, they will start paying taxes like the rest of us. From amnesty day forward, any transactions taking place would require a US citizen card. These transactions would include: opening a bank account, registering children for school, renting an apartment, buying a home, etc. It could also include buying groceries and other necessary expenditures. If new immigrants can't rent an apartment or buy groceries, they won't be able to survive in our country and they won't come. This would also alleviate foreign threats to our country. They will no longer be able to come, for example on a educational visa, and then drop out of school and disappear into who knows where. God bless the USA!
