Give an apology to the Military members whom you insulted.

Created by E.B. on February 08, 2014

I speak for the lower echelon. I am an underpaid servant of the people.
I will serve my four years or maybe more. But if I chose to get out and have served honorably, I did my due diligence.
I earned the GI Bill. It is in no way welfare a hand out or any other aid.
I did not give my time to the government I love; to be told a benefit that was promised to me is welfare.
In short I would like an apology from our president for those hurtful words.
Not to me but to those who hold an umbrella over your head in the rain, to those who give of themselves to the country they love.
My brothers and I would die for you or any of the people in our country could you?
With all due respect
