We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Give Arizona a Beach

Created by N.G. on May 12, 2016

We the people petition the United States Government to expediently invade the state of Sonora of the Mexican Republic in order to give the U.S. state of Arizona a beach.

Throughout its long history, from the New Mexico Territory to present day, the state of Arizona has been underrepresented and underappreciated. The state of Arizona is a great state: it contributes its rapidly growing economy, and as it is the home to the Apache Helicopter and contains many a military base on its soil. It is the state of one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, Phoenix.

The threat of global warming and the drought leaving AZ without proper irrigation are real. Invading Sonora Bay would give the U.S. full rights to the Colorado River, which is essential for maintaining our agriculture.
