give authority to the federal government instead of to state governors so that all 50 states can receive the medicaid

Please change the current law so that the current federal government can give much needed medicare expansion funds to all 50 states instead of having the rule or law that
allows governors like the one in Texas the right to deny
such needed funds to the most neediest of people. NO
one political party or person of any given state should be
able to deny the neediest of people in their given state the
same quality of health care / standard of living and security that people living in others states have already been given.
