Automotive hourly mechanics, sales and parts people are not given the same Wage and Labor protection under the FLSA Law because of an Interstate Commerce Exemption. These workers wages are not protected except by Federal or State Minimum Wage laws, and are not allowed time and a half even when required to work overtime!
