The President should give to the American people something they can really use. We have a huge budget for warfare and other related items (Intelligence, R&D, etc). We the people have been saying for decades: we don't want these things of war and death. We want peace and solar and wind-generated power sources will be the beginning of a peaceful and healthy alternative to the petrochemical industry's undemocratic hold on our foreign policy.
