Give away Green Technologies that would help Underdeveloped countries to grow and prosper.

I know it sounds odd, but with all the focus being on how to fix our country, I would like to make a petition to have the US seriously think about giving away the plans and technologies for green energy to countries that are trying to advance in nuclear power. This would give them a safer alternative, as the entire world seems to be on the track away from nuclear power. This would also help less developed countries prosper and in so possibly help make our world grow closer. Stop greed at its roots and and become a generous nation that assists the world and asks the rest of the "developed" countries to stop holding out and help others. I don't think giving away technological advances that benefit all mankind as a loss for anyone, and is an investment in every ones future, and security.
