The Graham and Schumer plan has four components
Mr. Schumer said the “path to citizenship” — denounced by foes of illegal immigration as “amnesty” — would require of immigrants that “you have to learn English, you have to go to the back of the line, you got to have a job and you can’t commit crimes.”

There are an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the United States, most of them Hispanics.
Why not make the 12 million people give up their jobs to the 12 million citizens who are out of work?
