Give back to the American People the right to protect their flag.

In 1989 a rulling in the Texas vs Johnson case striped our National symbol of its protection. Instead that protection was given to any individual with a grudge for our government to desecrate the very symbol of freedom in which they say our government is to protect. Since then the flag has been burned, trampled over and defected on. All in the name of Symbolic Speech. All the while being protected by law enforcement and when a individual removes the flag being destroyed it's not the individuals destroying it placed arested it's the very people trying to protect many times it's veterans. Veterans who never lost faith in our countries freedoms. Veterans who rose above the norm to keep those freedoms. They also swore allegiance as well as I oath to this falg. We the people need to protect it.
