The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects the right of individuals "to keep and bear arms."
The U.S. is not England. The basis on which this nation stands is for FREEDOM. This right and many others can not be infringed.
Tis is what it says in the Constitution: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".
