Because you have destroyed our enemies with unanswerable drones with unilateral indifference for the sovereignty of the host nations...
Because you have used the vast intelligence capabilities of this country merely to kill its enemies instead of placing them before our courts...
Because you have held prisoners without trial instead of providing speedy justice...
Because you have not prosecuted those who used methods of torture, thereby making worse the plight of prisoners everywhere...
Because you have spent far less energy and time in diplomacy than in the pursuit of war...
We believe that you have violated the spirit of the award and should return it.
