We the people demand that the Federal Government retract its overreach in demanding that ALL public schools must allow transgender students to use the bathroom of their choice based on their "gender identity".
We actually have no concern with the transgender people at all, rather the potential predators that will claim a certain "gender identity" to make it easier to seek out victims in the bathrooms/ locker rooms, etc...
By allowing the states to remain in control of this issue, it will let the residents of each state better decide whats best for them and their children, instead of a one-size fits all approach.
This isn't about discrimination, but rather safety and security in one of the most publicly private places we encounter EVERYDAY.
