Benjamin Taylor age 32 of West Virginia is the rapist of a 9 month old baby. He lives in a state that has abolished the death penalty. A previous petition was started to try to give him the death penalty by hanging. Even though what he did is beyond bad this death sentence is considered cruel and unusual punishment. Why not give him death by lethel injection? At least then we may have a chance at justice for this poor child and her family.
