Give Benjamin Tozser free rent for life, without the anti-social stigma, waiting in lines with poor people and paperwork

Created by B.T. on December 22, 2013

I would like to enact or add an amendment or whatever they're called to the Bill of Rights. I've found it extremely hard to supplement my landlords income, while retaining my ability to eat nice food, drink a lot, go bowling, travel,
watch the game, and drink a lot. The aforementioned clause or amendment will help, for me, to construct an avenue to channel money from the U.S. government to pay my rent for life, while allowing me thus previously mentioned sub-categorical luxuries.
In Addendum, this stipulation would come, in tandem, with the ability to circumvent the all encompassing tenure of poor people line waiting, the anti-social stigma that shadows welfare, and the paper work that taints the United States bureaucratic system.
