Give California the option to vote on California independence to legally secede from the United States.

Due to new political events it is now clear that California must have the choice of becoming an independent country. The majority of voters in California want more progressive change on issues from climite change to healthcare and much more. Californians now believe that the new administation will undermine all of the major issues that effect our state. California being the most wealthy in terms of GDP and having the largest population compared to any other state make it more fit to pursue independence.
