We, the Citizens of the Great State of North Carolina, and Carolina Panthers fans worldwide, have been oppressed by too many years of disappointment and last minute defeats. We request the Executive Branch’s immediate assistance in acquiring the genie from Aladdin so that they may have 3 wishes. This is a necessary step in making them a more serious team and to keep hair on the heads of men all over North Carolina.
