Give children some say in how their custody is decided after they turn 15.

Created by L.H. on April 01, 2016

At age 15 children have their own opinions about their custody arrangement. They do not want to be ignored, and the opinion of children matter, especially when the decision greatly affects them. Children should not be forced to live with a parent that they do not want to live with. Instead, Children 15 or older should get to choose which parent has sole custody of them, or their joint custody living situation between parents.
