The CIA determined that Russia engaged in cyberespionage to affect the 2016 Presidential Election. CIA gave a security briefing to Congressional committees detailing this and demonstrating that the intent was to sway the election.
Our Founding Fathers believed that presidential Electors would have more information than regular voters. The CIA should provide the Electors the same briefing that it gave Congress on what Russia actually did to try to affect our election. Such information may be important in Electors' decisions of whom to vote for.
