It's time to stop the Government from disarming citizens by using the courts to take firearms from citizens for crimes such as , DUI, possession of drugs, jaywalking and other various non-violent crimes used as a ploy to strip away citizens constitutional rights as Americans. Turning legal hunters and those who have firearms to protect their homes and families into defenseless crime statistics since they can't defend their families from "REAL" criminals. End the government attacks on the second amendment, only allow a citizens firearm rights to be taken away for "VIOLENT" crimes.
