Give citizens of The District of Colombia representation and the right to vote

Created by B.O. on August 15, 2016

The District of Colombia has a population exceeding 350,000 that are legally american citizens, pay taxes and have jury duty yet no representation, no right to vote and have no say on how their taxes should be used. No American citizen should be denied representation or the right to vote purely based on the area they live in.
