Give the citizens the power to impeach any politician, judge, or appointed official, at any time, by majority vote.

Citizens must have the right to impeach any goverment official at any time. This is an overall check and balance. To allow a bad government official 2 to 4 years to serve out their term can cause alot of problems. This power would give allow citizens to simply go where they normally vote and show their social security card, and drivers license and vote out any state official by majority vote. If they want a Federal official out of power then it would require the state majority of 26 states to do so. This is Constitutional.
