Give the citizens of U.S territories the right to vote in a General Election

As you may know, the citizens of Guam, Puerto Rico, The Northern Marianas, U.S Virgin Islands, and American Samoa vote in their party's primaries but not in a general election. Having the Citizens of those territories vote will help strengthen our democracy. Each of those territories (expect Puerto Rico) will have 1 senator and 1 representative for 2 electoral votes in this year's upcoming presidential election. Puerto Rico will have 2 senators and 3 representatives for a total of 5 electoral votes in November's election. Puerto Rico has a state population larger than Iowa's. With that said in Guam a 2012 Presidential "mock" election had 67 % voter turnout, larger than turnout in the 50 states.These people clearly should have the right to vote for their nation's leader.
