The citizens of El Paso, Texas feel that they are treated unfairly by their neighbors and their government.
Perhaps the citizens of El Paso would prefer to be first class citizens of Mexico rather than second class citizens of Texas?
We request that El Paso be given to Mexico on a trial basis so that the citizens of El Paso can determine if a change in government would improve their lots in life.
We also request that the Federal Government of the USA recognize and support Texas' right to draw their national boundaries as they choose.
