We simply ask for an explanation from this administration to explain the opinion that "more guns do not make you safer". Explain to the people of the United States why President Obamas children are protected at school by armed guards. Why is this, if guns do not make them safer? Why are his children protected while average citizens are forced to go to school in "gun free zones"?
Why is President Obama protected by armed secret service agents, if guns do not make him safer?
Why are countless other government officials protected by armed security IF GUNS DO NOT MAKE THEM SAFER?
This petition simply asks for an explanation, and action if needed. If guns make YOU safer, why not give law abiding citizens the ability to also carry everywhere and protect themselves. Abolish "gun-free zones".
