Leonard Peltier has been in prison for 38 years, for aiding in the shooting of a federal agent. He did not shoot the federal agent. The testing of the bullets that killed the federal agent, did not match Mr Peltier's gun. The federal agents came on to the Lakotah reservation armed and in plain clothes. A few years back a Native American admitted his guilt, in shooting the federal agent, before he died. Leonard Peltier is NOT guilty and should be free! Leonard Peltier is ill and would like to spend the last years of his life with his family.
