Give companies tax breaks for training Americans. And stop all tax breaks for hiring foreigners.

As an IT person I have seen salaries drop and drop and more H1s take over our jobs. I have seen companies tell employees they won't get severance pay when they are laid off and replaced with H1s unless they train them to do their jobs. I've seen H1s hired who knew nothing, couldn't speak the language well enough be understood, but were kept on because the company was on a path. The end result of this was the foreigners received the training denied Americans.
With foreign workers,most of them live lean while they are here and send their money back home. Economically the plan is a bust and needs to be changed.
